Minister of Education Visits Kacyiru I Primary School to Promote Quality Education

On Monday, May 5, 2025, the Minister of Education, Joseph Nsengimana, conducted a working visit to Kacyiru I Primary School in Gasabo District as part of the Ministry’s ongoing efforts to monitor and enhance the delivery of quality education across the country.

During the visit, Minister Nsengimana commended the school’s leadership and teaching staff for their dedication and commitment to nurturing Rwanda’s young learners. He praised their role in shaping the nation's future and encouraged them to continue upholding excellence in providing inclusive and learner-centered education.

While addressing the students, the Minister offered words of encouragement:
“Remain focused, disciplined, and hardworking in your studies,” he said. “The future of Rwanda is in your hands. Your success as learners today will shape the destiny of our nation tomorrow.”

This visit forms part of the Ministry’s broader mission to ensure the effective implementation of the Education Sector Strategic Plan (ESSP) 2024–2029, which prioritizes quality learning outcomes, teacher motivation, and equitable access to education in all schools across Rwanda.
