MoS Dr. Isaac Munyakazi launches the Early Childhood Education Campaign

NGORORERO , Wednesday  27th  June 2018 : The  Minister of State in Charge of Primary and Secondary  Education Dr. Isaac Munyakazi launched  the Early Childhood Education Campaign under the theme: “Early learning for Quality Education and Sustainable development” in Muhanda Sector, Ngororero District,Western Province, EP MUHANDA. This campaign that was organized by Save the Children in Collaboration with Ministry of Education  through Education Sector Working Group  Secretariat and educational partners. The campaign aimed at raising community’s awareness on the importance and benefits of Early Childhood Education and early learning . In his remarks, Hon. MoS in charge of Primary and Secondary Education stressed on the role of parents in promoting early childhood education. " By taking your children to school at early age you  help the government achieve its goals in promoting education for all" The Minisiter of State together with partners distributed notebooks and pens to the children of EP Muhanda as basic school materials . This campaign will be promoted at country level.
