THE 2022/2023 NATIONAL EXAMINATIONS FOR ADVANCED LEVEL KICKED OFF
Kigali 25 July 2023: The National Examinations play a crucial role in assessing the knowledge and skills acquired by students throughout their education. National Secondary Examination and Schools inspection Authority (NESA), as the responsible authority, strives to maintain the integrity and effectiveness of these examinations while providing a fair and conducive environment for all students.

The purpose of this brief note is to highlight some aspects for the launch of the Secondary National Examinations, organized by the National Examination and School Inspection Authority (NESA), which was launched today on Tuesday July 25, 2023 at Groupe Scolaire Kigali by the Permanent Secretary of the Minisitry of Education Charles Karakye.
In his remarks while addressing the students, the Permanent Secretary, Charles Karakye emphasized the significance of the National Examinations and their impact on students' educational journey, encouraged students to work diligently and wished them good luck in National Examinations.
The following is detailed table showing number of Secondary candidates for National Examinations for the year 2022/2023 which includes exam centres and schools.
